The arrest is the latest event in a complicated web of political, commercial and ethnic interests that have left Himara municipality in limbo and caused a rift between Albania and Greece. Goro was acting as mayor after his elected mandate had ended last year. The man who won the election, Fredi Beleri, is currently in prison, convicted on charges of vote buying, and has not been allowed by the justice system to be sworn in. Goro’s arrest and Beleri’s conviction, which is still under appeal, leave Himara Municipality in a legal gray zone and without a mayor until new elections can be held or Beleri is allowed to be sworn in. In fact, it was a complaint filed in August by Beleri that led to Goro’s investigation and arrest. The complaint alleged that Goro had facilitated the registration of a land acquisition act in the name of a Himara resident at the former Local Office for Registration of Immovable Property in Vlora, using fraudulent procedures and documents. -Opposition sees PM’s plans in latest arrest- Albania’s opposition and representatives of the ethnic Greek minority, which Beleri says he represents, issued statements that Goro’s arrest is part of Prime Minister Edi Rama’s play to make sure the opposition doesn’t take over Himara’s mayorship.   Einem der Baumafia mit neuen Durres Touristik Anlagen wurden Bankkonten und Alles beschlagnahmt. Adem Metkola wurde Alles beschlagnahmt. 2 illegale Bauten, 7 Fahrzeuge. 2007 aus England ausgewiesen Prokuroria e Tiranës ka sekuestruar disa pasuri të paluajtshme dhe llogari bankare biznesmenit të ndërtimit, Adem Metkola ku përfshihen 2 troje, 3 ara dhe 7 makina. Sipas Prokurorisë së Tiranës, Metkolës i kanë ardhur para nga Britania e Madhe në disa llogari bankare prej shtetasve me të cilët ai nuk kishte lidhje. Metkola thotë se do blinte një pronë në Durrës. Prokuroria e Tiranës informoi sot (7 maj 2024)  se i janë vendosur në sekuestro preventive 2100 metra katrorë tokë truall, mbi 1200 metra katrorë tokë arë, llogari bankare dhe 7 makina luksoze. Në llogaritë bankare të Metkolës dhe ish bashkëshortes së tij, Arjana Xhika, ndër vite kanë mbërritur transfera me vlera të konsiderueshme nga Britania e Madhe,  të cilat sipas biznesmenit do të investoheshin në resort në Durrës.

"Nga hetimet e deritanishme, prokuroria vlerëson se duhet vendosur sekuestro preventive pasi ekzistojnë indicie dhe prova të mjaftueshme që krijojnë dyshimin e arsyeshëm se shtetasi Adem  Metkola. në bashkëpunim me ish-bashkëshorten e tij, shtetasen Arjana Xhika kanë konsumuar veprën penale “Pastrimi i produkteve të veprës penale ose veprimtarisë kriminale”, parashikuar nga neni 287 i Kodit Penal. Në këtë skemë dyshohet se është e përfshirë edhe shtetasja britanike Carolyn Patricia Perry, e cila ka kryer transferta për shtetasin nën hetim si dhe gjithashtu ka blerë pasuri në bashkëpronësi me të me vlera të konsiderueshme" thuhet në njoftimin e prokurorisë së Tiranës.

Tha se ishin kursime familjare Prokuroria dyshon se të ardhurat e tij kanë qenë kursime familjare të përftuara si pasojë e emigrimit pasi Metkola rezulton se është deportuar në 2007 dhe nuk është kthyer në angli.

Sipas prokurorisë së Tiranës në skemën e pastrimit të parave ku dyshohet se është përfshirë biznesmeni i ndërtimit, ka qenë dhe shtetasja britanike Carolyn Patricia Perry e cila ka kryer transfertat si dhe gjithashtu kanë blerë pasuri në bashkëpronësi me të me vlera të konsiderueshme.

Lidhur me këto transferta, shtetasi Adem Metkola ka deklaruar se shumat e depozituara në llogarinë e tij kanë qenë kapar për blerjen e një pasurie të paluajtshme në Durrës, e cila do të përdorej për të ndërtuar një resort turistik ku të dy do ta kishin në bashkëpronësi" thuhet në njoftimin e prokurorisë.

Shqiptarja.com mëson se prokuroria e Tiranës ka vendosur në sekuestro preventive pronat e Adem Metkolës, i cili në zgjedhjet e 14 majit të 2023 kandidoi për anëtar të këshillit bashkiak në Kamëz nën siglën e Partisë Republikane. Prokuroria e Tiranës dyshon se kemi të bëjmë me një pastrim parash të ardhura nga Anglia. Për gati 5 vite në llogaritë bankare të tij dhe të bashkëshortes në bankat e nivelit të dytë në Republikën e Shqipërisë për periudhat 2007-2008, 2015-2016 dhe 2020-2023, kanë mbërritur disa transferta në vlera të konsiderueshme. Dërgesat janë bërë nga shteti anglez dhe dërgues kanë qenë shtetas të huaj, ku midis tyre dhe përfituesve nuk provohet. Në formularin e vetëdeklarimit ai ka deklaruar se nuk ka pasur masë dëbimi nga asnjë shtet, ndërkohë prokuroria verifikon se ai ka qenë i kthyer deportiv në vitin 2007 dhe këto para nuk i ka qarkulluar më parë në sistemin bankar, pavarësisht se ka rreth 20 vite që është kthyer nga Anglia.

Falsifikim dokumentesh për 7 mijë m2 tokë në Bërxullë, Prokuroria e Tiranës kërkon burg për ish-kryetarin Ymer Marku dhe dy ish-zyrtarë

Prokuroria Tiranë ka kërkon ‘Arrest në burg’ për 3 ish-zyrtarë dhe shtetasin si dhe sekuestrimin e 7500m2 tokë në Bërxullë të përfituar nëpërmjet falsifikimit të dokumentave.

Arrest me burg është kërkuar për ish kryetarin Ymer Marku dhe  Kujtim Balliu, Agim Loci dhe Kujtim Allmeta. Hetimet kanë nisur pas kallëzimeve të disa banorëve, pronat e të cilëve kanë përfunduar edhe në duart e oktapodit të tenderëve korruptivë, Arbër Abazi, nipi i Sadri Abazit, i cili në raportet ndërkombëtare përshkruhet si një prej nyjeve të krimit, korrupsionit dhe pastrimit të parave në Shqipëri. Në krye të grupit kriminal dyshohet se qëndron ish kryetari i Komunës Bërxullë, sot Njësi Administrative e Vorës, Ymer Marku, i cili ka bërë kërdinë gjatë ushtrimit të detyrës, duke kaluar sipërfaqe të mëdha tokash në emrin e njerëzve të tij të afërt. Gjatë detyrës si kryetar komune, Ymer Marku ka bërë rrethin e tij pronar të pronave publike dhe private, me falsifikime dhe mashtrime, duke ndërtuar më pas hotele, resorte dhe objekte të ndryshme, me leje dhe pa leje, me para me burim korrupsioni dhe trafiku i drogës.

  Prokuroria, hetime për grabitjen e pronave nga Ymer Marku në Bërxullë, tokat kaluan në duart e Arbër Abazit

Njoftimi i prokurorisë Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm, Tiranë, kërkoi caktimin e masës së sigurimit personal “Arrest në burg” për ish-zyrtarët Ymer Marku, K.B., Agim Loci., për kryerjen e veprës penale “ Shpërdorimi i detyrës” dhe shtetasin dhe K.A. për veprën penale “Falsifikimi dokumentave”, parashikuar nga neni 186/2 të K.Penal dhe veprën “Pastrimi i produkteve të veprës penale” e parashikuar nga neni 287 të K.Penal, Po kështu, kjo prokurori kërkoi sekuestrimin e pasurisë 7.500m2 tokë e llojit “ Arrë” e dyshuar e përfituar në mënyrë të paligjshme dhe më pas e shitur shoqërisë “Alko Impex Construsion” shpk në vlerën 10.000.000 lekë të reja.
