Ish-gjyqtarja Arjana Fullani kërkon rikthimin ‘nga dritarja’ në sistemin e drejtësisë

Ankimi i ish-anëtares së Gjykatës së Lartë, Arjana Fullani kundër vendimit që e përjashton atë për 15 vjet nga sistemi i drejtësisë do të shqyrtohet në seancë publike nga Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit.

Shpallje vendimi në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit.

Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit njoftoi të premten rrëzimin me shumicë votash të një kërkese të ish-gjyqtares së Gjykatës së Lartë, Arjana Fullani për pezullim të gjykimit të ankimit të saj ndaj vendimit të KPK-së – i cili vendosi përjashtimin e saj nga sistemi i drejtësisë për 15 vjet.

Trupa e kryesuar nga Albana Shtylla, me relatore Natasha Mulaj dhe anëtarë Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz dhe Sokol Çomo vendosi po ashtu që ankimi i Fullanit të shqyrtohej në seancë gjyqësore publike. Seanca e parë pritet të mbahet në 4 nëntor 2020.

Njoftimi i shkurtër i KPA-së nuk bën me dije arsyet se pse Fullani ka kërkuar pezullimin e çështjes pas ankesës që i bëri vendimit të shkallës së parë të vetingut.

Në tetor 2017, Fullani dhe 4 anëtarë të tjerë të Gjykatës së Lartë njoftuan largimin nga detyra pas përfundimit të mandatit të tyre një vit më herët. Siç del nga vendimet e Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, anëtarët e dorëhequr të Gjykatës së Lartë, Arjana Fullani, Guxim Zenelaj, Andi Çeliku, Aleksandër Muskaj dhe Evelina Qirjako refuzuan t’i nënshtrohen procesit të rivlerësimit me pretendimin se nuk e kishin më statusin e magjistratit.

Këshilli i Lartë Gjyqësor u ofroi atyre pozicione në Gjykata të Apelit, por më pas njoftoi KPK-në se pesë gjyqtarët e dorëhequr i kishin refuzuar pozicionet. Fullani citohet nga KPK të jetë shprehur se “nuk dëshiron të emërohet si gjyqtare në nivel Apeli, as tani dhe as në të ardhmen”.

Komisioni mori vendim duke e cilësuar këtë si dorëheqje dhe duke i përjashtuar të pestë nga sistemi i drejtësisë për 15 vite. Por ndërsa vendimet për Zenelajn dhe Çelikun morën formë të prerë, Fullani, Muskaj dhe Qirjako e apeluan vendimin e KPK. Ata pretendojnë se nuk kishin dhënë dorëheqjen dhe nuk duhej të përjashtoheshin nga sistemi për 15 vjet, siç parashikohet nga Kushtetuta. Nga ana tjetër, ata këmbëngulin se nuk duhet t’i nënshtrohen procesit të rivlerësimit, pasi nuk ishin më gjyqtarë dhe kishin humbur statusin e magjistratit.

Nëse do të pranohet ky arsyetim, Fullani dhe dy gjyqtarët e tjerë do të kishin mundësinë të ktheheshin në sistem në të ardhmen si të jashtëm, pa iu nënshtruar rivlerësimit kalimtar.

Por në të tre rastet, KPK ka arsyetuar se refuzimi i tyre për të pranuar një vend në Gjykatat e Apelit “as tani dhe as në të ardhmen” duhej të lexohej si një dorëheqje.

Komisioni arsyeton se ndryshe nga pretendimet e Fullanit se “statusi i saj si gjyqtare ka mbaruar për shkak të ligjit” me mbarimin e mandatit në Gjykatën e Lartë, ajo mbetej subjekt i ligjit 84/2016 për shkak se gëzonte të drejtën për t’u emëruar në Gjykatën e Apelit.

Të njëjtin arsyetim ka mbajtur edhe Këshilli i Lartë Gjyqësor, që ka vendosur se mbarimi i statusit të magjistratit për ish-gjyqtaren e Gjykatës së Lartë, Arjana Fullani bëhej “për shkak të heqjes dorë nga e drejta e caktimit në një pozicion në nivel Apeli”.

Fullani këmbënguli që procedura për të duhej të ndërpritej dhe KPK nuk duhej të dilte me vendim. Por Komisioni thotë se refuzimi prej saj për të zënë një vend në Apel ishte shfaqje vullneti për dorëheqje. Gjyqtari i Apelit të Tiranës, Alaudin Malaj, ndihet i kërcënuar personalish dhe familjarisht nga ajo që ai e konsideron si “banda kriminale e Fatmir Xhafaj”, ish-ministrit të Brendshëm.

Në një shkresë zyrtare drejtuar Këshillit të Lartë Gjyqësor në Tetor 2019 ku kërkonte mbrojtje fizike, ish-kryetari i Gjykatës së Apelit të kryeqytetit prezanton detaje tronditëse se si, zyrtarë të lartë policorë, nën drejtimin e Xhafajt, i cili në atë kohë ishte Ministër i Brendshëm, i kanë ushtruar atij dhe familjarëve të tij të afërt presion kriminal.

Rreth 2 muaj pas kësaj kërkese, Këshilli i Lartë Gjyqësor ende nuk ka vendosur mbi kërkesën e Alaudim Malaj, ndërkohë që gjyqtari Malaj vijon të jetë i kërcënuar edhe për shkak të mos-reagimit të institucioneve ligjzbatuese ndaj personave të kallëzuar prej tij.

“Boldnews.al” ka siguruar, në mënyrë ekskluzive, shkresën që gjyqtari Alaudin Malaj i dërgon Këshillit të Lartë Gjyqësor, si edhe disa institucioneve të larta shtetërore e ambasadave kryesore në Tiranë, në të cilën kërkon marrjen e masave të menjëhershme për mbrojtjen e integritetit fizik të tij, familjarëve të tij dhe pasurisë së tyre.

Në dokument, gjyqtari Malaj jep detaje mbi ngjarjet kërcënuese dhe emrat e personave, duke përfshirë Fatmir Xhafajn, drejtorin e Policisë së Shtetit Ardi Veliu, disa zyrtarë të tjerë policorë dhe personazhe, të identifikuar prej tij si me rekorde kriminale.

Dhe jam i bindur se kam bërë gjënë e duhur. Nuk mund të pranoja të drejtohesha nga një ministër i Brendshëm që vëllanë e ka të dënuar. Le të rrijë ministër Turizmi dhe jo i Brendshëm …”.

“Xhafaj, pjesë e grupit të strukturuar kriminal”
Alaudin Malaj informon Këshillin e Lartë Gjyqësor se, në datë 22 Tetor 2019, ai ka dorëzuar një kallëzim penal për “krijim të grupit të strukturuar kriminal” kundër Fatmir Xhafaj, ish-ministër i Brendshëm, kryepolicit Ardi Veliu, si edhe punonjësve të policisë Gentjan Shehu e Alket Sulejmani.

Sipas Malajt, vëllai i tij, Agroni, në maj 2019 kishte dorëzuar një kallëzim penal në Prokurorinë për Krime të Rënda. Për këtë kërkesë, prokuroria e drejtuar nga Donika Prela, nuk ka kryer asnjë veprim, çështja ishte pushuar dhe ajo që ishte më e rënda, dokumentat ishin zhdukur.

In 1942, the “Second League of Prizren” and “Hanjar Division” were formed, both of which became allies to German Nazis during WWII. After the war, from 1945 to 1974, Albanians from Albania started emigrating en masse to Kosovo and slowly pushing away and expelling Kosovo Serbs from that territory.

Later on, an autonomy was given to Kosovo Albanians granted by the 1974 Yugoslav Constitution, which apparently wasn’t good enough to them as they continued rebelling. Albanians organized protests in 1981 demanding Republic instead of autonomy.

After a short truce, the Albanian irredentists in Kosovo began to cause chaos there again in 1987, the year when the disintegration of the SFRY formally began.

After the wars in Bosnia and Croatia ended in 1997, the United States re-launched the “Albanian factor” in Kosovo by supporting the so-called “Kosovo Liberation Army”.

“KLA” had training camps in the north of Albania near the Serbian border, from where they occasionally jumped over to the Serbian territory and carried out terrorist activities. During 1998, this terrorist organization started an open conflict with the security forces of Serbia and the then FRY.

The United States, embodied in the then high-ranking official Richard Holbrooke, supported “KLA’s” armed rebellion against the Serbian government. Holbrooke’s predecessor Robert Gelbard, however, previously labelled the KLA “without any questions, a terrorist group”.

Serbian security forces overpowered Albanian militant groups, but the USA and NATO started an air aggression on the FRY, which resulted in the presence of American and NATO forces in Kosovo and the loss of Serbia’s sovereignty over this province. Immediately after the end of the aggression, terrorist actions began in the Serbian southern municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, which do not administratively belong to Kosovo, with the intention of annexing these municipalities with an Albanian majority to Kosovo and later to Albania.

Meanwhile, Kosovo Albanians declared Kosovo’s independence in 2008 and were immediately recognized by the United States and most Western countries. After declaring independence, the border with Albania was abolished and the process of informal unification has begun. Although the conflicts in the so-called “Presevo Valley” were stopped in 2001, the Albanian factor does not rest there – there is a noticeable mass purchase of real estate by Albanians in the territory of southeastern Serbia which is considered by them to be a part of the “natural Albania”.

There were no armed conflicts in Montenegro, but the former government of this country was completely influenced by the Albanian factor.

Every single Montenegrin government was formed with Albanian participation. Montenegro’s independence in a referendum on May 21, 2006, was voted mostly thanks to Albanian votes. Immediately after the referendum, a small town Tuzi predominantly inhabited by Albanians was given the status of a municipality.

The state of Montenegro essentially has no authority over the municipalities of Tuzi and Ulcinj, where the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama regularly comes without notifying the Montenegrin authorities, nor are the Montenegrin police allowed to intervene in those territories.

And now that Milo Djukanovic’s regime has finally fallen, the formation of a new government is already in question precisely because of the Albanian influence – Albanians who have only 4 mandates, without which the majority in parliament cannot be formed, are asking for the most important ministries.

Immediately after Kosovo, North Macedonia fell victim to the Greater Albania project. After the armistice in 2001, the Albanian factor began to take over all the levers of power in this country.

Under their influence, Macedonia recognized Kosovo in 2008, and in 2017, the Macedonian opposition consisting of a few political parties united with Macedonian Albanian parties, overthrew the regular government after a series of protests, which resulted in President Nikola Gruevski leaving the country. So far, Greece is the only country that has no visible problems for the time being, although Greek minority in Albania does have occasional problems.

The increased tensions between the Albanian government and the ethnic Greek minority are especially evident in areas of cultural and educational policies, as they impact on education in the Greek language. Same goes for the Serbian minority in Albania. Albanians and the Albanian communities living in the neighboring Balkan countries have been obsessively dreaming one and the same dream for already over a century – to live united in one state, a “natural” and “greater” one as they call it, and this has been exploited by the USA for the past 30 years which resulted in the destabilization of the region for the purpose of, we can assume, taking the control over it.

Through the eyes of Albanians this exploitation is seen as a support, a help, for which the leaders of the American Democrats are celebrated in Kosovo;

Pristina’s main street is named after Bill Clinton, with statue of him in it, as well as Madeleine Albright’s.

Thanks to the United States, the compulsive dreams of Greater Albania in the Balkans are slowly coming true. For the past 100 years, every Albanian attempt to destabilize the Balkans ended in failure.

However, this is not the case today thanks to the USA. Kosovo is virtually independent, without a border with Albania, and Serbia has limited sovereignty over the “Presevo Valley”.

North Macedonia has no control over the west of the country and Macedonians are slowly becoming a minority in their own country. Montenegro has only formal control over Malesija and Tuzi, and the new government formation literally depends on Albanians.

Para depozitimit të kallëzimit penal, banorët e Nivicës, pjesë e Bashkisë Himarë, protestuan para Prokurorisë së Sarandës, për zaptimin e pronave, çka ka sjell zvarritjen 30-vjeçare të procesit të hipotekimit të tokave të përfituara me ligjin 7501. Ata ka tre dekada që sorollaten sa në bashki, hipotekë dhe gjykatë, duke nisur kalvarin nga fillimi.

“Kallëzimi që do të bëjmë sot është për tre prokurorët e Sarandës, të cilët ka tre vite që mbajnë peng dosjen e Kakomesë, për rrethimin që ka bërë firma të 110 hektarëve. Drejtori i ALUIZNI-t në atë kohë ka bërë privatizimin për një fshat turistik. Në Kakome nuk ka fshat turistik. Shaban Mamia ka privatizuar tokat tona”, tha njëri nga përfaqësuesit e banorëve.

Bëhet fjalë për 464 ha tokë bujqësore të trashëguar brez pas brezi, të shtetëzuara nga regjimi komunist dhe të rikthyera 30 vite më parë. 20 hektarë nga ko tokë ndodhet në buzë detit në Kakome. Ndërkaq, Gjiri i Kakomesë është i rrethuar nga një kompani private e Luan Lekës, e cila ka arritur të hipotekojë 110 ha tokë. Kompani ka 15 vite që pretendon se po zbaton një projekt për fshat turistik, por që deri më sot nuk ekziston. Banorët kanë certifikatën e tokës, por prona e tyre është e rrethuar.

Në protestën e sotme, banorët i bënë thirrje kryeministrit Edi Rama që të ndërhyjë dhe të çlirojë Gjirin e Kakomesë. “Kemi njerëzit tanë në Tiranë që punojnë kundra nesh. I lutemi kryeministrit shqiptar të vërë dorë nga kjo orë për të zgjidhur këtë problem, sepse ne nuk tërhiqmi, nuk ikim nga shtëpitë tona. Të ndalohen provokimet dhe provokimet. Këtu është një korrupsion i paparë nga prokuroria, gjykata, policia dhe të gjithë. Ne i kemi tokat me tapi dhe nuk shkojmë dot në Kakome. Këto toka i kemi me qindra vite. Na i mbajti regjimi komunist. Tani po na i mbajnë këta me korrupsion”, tha një nga banorët.

Një banorë tjetër tha se pronat po ua grabisin me një ligj korruptiv. “Ligji që kanë ndërtuar këta është i rënë juridikisht, sepse unë kam të drejtë të kërkoj pronën time jo deri në 10 vjet, por edhe pas 100 viteve”, tha një banor tjetër. Banorët e Nivicës pretendojnë se pas zaptimit të pronave të tyre fshihen politikanë në Tiranë.

Die Todesfallzahlen sanken und sinken — aber nicht wegen der Massnahmen.

Erstmals belegt eine Metastudie, dass Lockdowns und Maskenzwang keinen Einfluss auf den Verlauf von Covid-19 hatten. Die Studie stammt vom renommierten, 1920 gegründeten National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). Die Einrichtung ist ein unabhängiges, mit mehr als zwei Dutzend Nobelpreisträgern verbundenes Institut in den USA.

Das NBER hat den Einfluss nicht-pharmazeutischer Massnahmen auf die Zahl der Todesfälle analysiert und kommt zum Schluss, dass sie in allen untersuchten Ländern unabhängig von den ergriffenen Massnahmen sanken. Das berichtet das American Institute of Economic Research (AIER).

«Die Schlussfolgerung des Papiers ist, dass die … beobachteten Datentrends wahrscheinlich darauf hindeuten, dass nicht-pharmazeutische Interventionen (NPIs) – wie z.B. Sperrungen, Schließungen, Reisebeschränkungen, Aufenthaltsverbote, Veranstaltungsverbote, Quarantänen, Ausgangssperren und Maskengebote – die Virusübertragungsraten insgesamt nicht zu beeinflussen scheinen», resümiert AIER.

(CNN)As US health authorities consider whether to allow AstraZeneca to resume the clinical trial of its coronavirus vaccine, crucial questions remain about neurological illnesses suffered by study participants who received injections of the experimental vaccine.

The trial has been on hold in the United States for more than two weeks, and regulators face the task of trying to figure out if these illnesses were random and disconnected from the vaccine, or if they are related to the vaccine.

AstraZeneca and its partner, the University of Oxford, have given various accounts of the sick volunteers.

AstraZeneca told the media that the first volunteer who became ill had „an undiagnosed case of multiple sclerosis,“ but information on the Oxford website describes volunteers who developed „unexplained neurological symptoms.“ The company has stated that the second volunteer had „an unexplained illness“ but an internal company document, which was labeled as „initial,“ states that at least at one point, she had a rare neurological condition called transverse myelitis.

„Those are very different statements,“ said Dr. Harlan Krumholz, a professor at the Yale School of Medicine, after reading accounts from AstraZeneca and Oxford about the first participant’s condition. „Their information should be consistent, and when it’s not consistent, that raises questions.“

Internal AstraZeneca safety report sheds light on neurological condition suffered by vaccine trial participant

Krumholz and other scientists said the nature of the participants‘ neurological illnesses matter. If the two study subjects had similar conditions, that would raise more questions about whether the vaccine was to blame. If their conditions are different, that might suggest that they were random and not the result of the vaccine.

Mark Slifka, an immunologist, said it’s particularly concerning because information posted on Oxford’s website said both participants suffered neurological illnesses.

„That’s why this is so shocking to me — these are both neurological diseases, and that by itself is a red flag,“ said Slifka, a professor at the Oregon Health & Science University.

On its website, Oxford wrote that the volunteers‘ illnesses „were either considered unlikely to be associated with the vaccine or there was insufficient evidence to say for certain that the illnesses were or were not related to the vaccine.“

AstraZeneca’s CEO, Pascal Soriot, said at an event Thursday that „we should place safety at the center of everything you do.“

Participants‘ illness related or random?

The clinical trial for AstraZeneca’s coronavirus vaccine has already resumed in other countries, including the UK. A company spokesperson said they’re working with US regulators to resume the trials in the US as well.

„We are continuing to work with the FDA to facilitate review of the information and the agency will decide when the US trial can resume,“ the spokesperson wrote in an email.

An FDA spokesperson declined to comment, referring CNN to AstraZeneca.

The nation’s top infectious disease doctor told CNN on Monday that AstraZeneca and Oxford will have to carefully watch for any other volunteers who develop similar symptoms.

„What this triggers is extra alertness as trial goes forward — if it goes forward — on the part of the clinical trials sites to look out for anything even remotely similar, to see if there are any additional cases,“ said Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Slifka and other scientists said they’re pleased that the FDA is taking time to consider whether the trial should be allowed to resume in the United States.

„It makes sense that the FDA wants to keep on digging,“ Slifka said.

Spokespersons for the University of Oxford and AstraZeneca spokespersons declined to answer specific questions about varying accounts of the participants‘ illnesses.

On its website, Oxford notes that as of September 12, „globally some 18,000 individuals have received study vaccines as part of the trial. In large trials such as this, it is expected that some participants will become unwell and every case must be carefully evaluated to ensure careful assessment of safety.“

An Oxford spokesperson also sent statements to CNN.

„All trial investigators and participants will continue to be updated with the relevant information, and this will only be disclosed according to the clinical trial and regulatory standards. After the Courts of Appeal, verifications of the vetting process have descended to the first instance and to the Court of the capital, where the biggest number of lawsuits are deposited.

Not only the Supreme Court of Albania, but already the Courts of Appeal are facing accumulation of files and delayed trials.

A recent study informs that during 2016 -2019, the six Courts of Appeal are facing an influx of cases as judges are dismissed from the vetting process.

“We are about to close the Court of Appeal in Korça, Vlora, Shkodra, this is intolerable, it is not possible that a judge reviewing security measures, to review the foundation, ”stated lawyer Saimir Visha.

“Mechanisms need to be found for replacing the judges, this should be done by the School of Magistrates. Prior to the start of the process, Albania had about 12 judges per 100,000 inhabitants, while the European average is 21 judges per 100,000 inhabitants, ”stated Gert Shella, head of the public information center.

The decisions of the two stages of the vetting process have dismissed so far 98 judges and prosecutors while 91 of them have been confirmed to their roles. This has happened during the two-year vetting process that began in March 2018, while another 600 expected to undergo the process.

So far the dismissals have had an effect on the Constitutional Court, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Supreme Court, where over 34,000 files are accumulated.

Pas tërmetit të 26 nëntorit ishin të shumtë ata që prisnin hetimin e kryebashkiakut Vangjush Dako. Përvec se kryetar i Bashkisë që prej 2007 ai është dhe biznesmeni furnitor kryesor me beton i ndërtuesve të Durrësit. Por asgjë nuk ndodhi.

Madje me një veprim të papritur dhe me sa duket të detyruar, kryetarja e Bashkisë së Durrësit, e cila kohët e fundit kishte fërkime me Dakon dha dorëheqjen në kulmin e krizës së tërmetit. Publikisht u tha se gaboi me një deklaratë publike, përmbajtja e së cilës në fakt ishte e njëjtë me atë që thoshte disa herë në ditë, vetë kryeministri Rama. Në vend të Sakos u emërua siç pritej njeriu më i afërt i Dakos gjatë kohës që ai drejtonte bashkinë.

Kjo mbylli të gjitha mundësitë e një hetimi të pavarur të dokumentacionit bashkiak. Dako faktikisht u rikthye në krye të Bashkisë.

Por veç ndërtimeve ku ka vulën dhe firmën, kryebashkiaku i Durrësit ka një njollë tjetër të errët në karrierën e tij. Ai ndihmoi lirimin nga burgu të Lulzim Berishës, i dënuar fillimisht me burg përjetyë për vrasje dhe krime të rënda. Bileta e parakohshme e lirimit nga burgu për ish-kreun e bandës së Durrësit, u vulos më 5 dhjetor nga Gjykata e Apelit, pas një serie vendimesh të diskutueshme gjyqësore për ulje dënimi, raporteve që e përshkruajnë atë si “të dënuar shembullor” dhe një garancie për punësim të ofruar nga kryebashkiaku Vangjush Dako.

Në vendimin e Gjykatës së Apelit të Durrësit trupa gjyqësore e kryesuar nga Arben Vrioni dhe me anëtarë Petrit Çenon dhe Anita Micin rendit nëntë argumente në favor të lirimit të Berishës. [Kiko këtu për vendimin]

I arrestuar më 6 prill 2006, Lulzim Berisha ka qëndruar fizikisht 10 vjet e tetë muaj në burg. Por çuditërisht në vendimin e Gjykatës së Apelit llogaritet se ai ka shlyer 18 vjet, 9 muaj e 22 ditë nga dënimi i tij prej 25 vjetësh, pasi ka përfituar 3 ulje të mëparshme dënimi, një ulje të katërt nga amnistia e vitit 2012 dhe nga koha e gjatë e qëndruar në paraburgim.

Përveç matematikës së ditëve të burgut, Lulzim Berisha ka bindur Gjykatën e Apelit të Durrësit se “është arritur qëllimi për edukimin dhe riintegrimin e tij në shoqëri”. Për këtë gjykim, treshja e gjyqtarëve është bazuar tek raportet pozitive të administratës së burgjeve si dhe një karakteristikë familje të lëshuar nga kryebashkiaku i Durrësit, Vangjush Dako më 8 korrik 2016.

“Bashkia Durrës, duke vlerësuar gjendjen e kësaj familjeje, sjelljen e tyre në komunitet, si dhe mundësinë e lirimit të të dënuarit, garanton punësimin e të dënuarit Lulzim Berisha, në pamundësi për t’u punësuar në ndonjë subjekt privat,” citohet shkresa e Dakos në vendimin e lirimit.

Gjyqtarët argumentojnë se “pozitiv vlerësohet fakti se aktualisht kërkuesi Lulzim Berisha ka një mundësi punësimi të garantuar nga Bashkia Durrës”.

Në vendimin e saj, Gjykata e Apelit ka marrë gjithashtu vlerësimin se Lulzim Berisha “shfaq një gjendje shumë të rënduar psikologjike për shkak të kohës së gjatë të dënimit të vuajtur”, pendesën e tij për krimet dhe faktin se dy prindërit e tij janë të sëmurë rëndë dhe jetojnë vetëm.

Aber es sind noch gar nicht alle Köpfe gerollt, die rollen sollten.

Sie meinen, die 33 Festnahmen aus vier NGOs sind erst die Spitze des Eisberges?

Ja, weil die sind sehr offensiv, die sind Antifa. Und dementsprechend haben sie auch diesen Herrscherton, mit dem sie durch die Gegend wandeln. Die NGO Mare Liberum mit ihrem gleichnamigen Schiff sind ja beispielsweise schon angeprangert worden, die haben schon eine Endlosgeschichte auf der Insel. Mare Liberum ist auch unter dieser Berliner Adresse gemeldet, wo auch die anderen NGO sind. Übrigens insgesamt drei, nicht zwei, wie die Medien berichtet haben.
