Mit smartphone, twitter, facebook verblödeten Kriminellen zu sprechen ist halt ziemlich schwierig. Der Stimmenkauf und Wahlen der Albaner Mafia ist nun mal halt Hauptgeschäfts Grundlage, von korrupten EU Politikern der Dummheit akzeptiert. Knut Fleckenstein, der Berufskriminelle zerstörte Albanien vollständig, mit seinen Umtrieben. Eine Wahlreform, wird zum Theater ausarten.
Bernd Borchardt, die letzte Bastion, eines Diplomates in Tirana und die Zustände in Albanien, sind heute viel Schlimmer wie in 1997.

Ambasadori i OSBE-së, Bernd Borchardt është shprehur i zhgënjyer me situatën e krijuar sot në tryezën për Reformën Zgjedhore. në një prononcim për mediat në përfundim të tryezës, Borchardt tha se do shohin më me kujdes hapin e radhës.
Ai u shpreh kundër propozimit të PD-së në tryezën e Reformës Zgjedhore, që të realizohet nga një strukturë e posaçme me përfaqësues të SHBA-së, BE-së dhe OSBE-së.
“Nuk jam i lumtur për situatën që u krijua. Është zhgënjyese. Hapin tjetër do ta shohim. Njerëzit duhet të qëndronin, të dëgjonin në atë tryezë. Ne nuk e qeverisim këtë vend, që të marrim në dorë reformën, ne nuk jemi të zgjedhur. Jemi këtu për të dhënë mbështetjen tonë”, u shpreh ambasadori i OSBE.

Deutschland, mit dem grössten Parlaments Wasserkopf der Welt, nach China was 15 mal mehr Einwohner hat, bringt auch keine Wahlrechts Reform in Deutschland zusammen, in Albanien der gesamte EU Apparat nicht: Mafia Stile, man lebt gut damit!
Ein Lob der Opposition
Eine Verkleinerung des Bundestags ist dringend nötig. Aber Union und SPD verschleppen diese. Und auch bei der Parteienfinanzierung verhalten sich Grüne, FDP und Linke verantwortungsvoller als die Koalition.

Angeblich im nächsten Theater hat man sich auf die Wahlrechts Reform geeinigt. Aber wer soll das glauben, nach 20 Jahren, Mafiöser Show, was von der OSCE geduldet wurde, als NATO Verbündeter und Freien Drogen Schmuggel in die E'U und in die Welt Damit naive Gestalten, ohne Beruf einen Posten haben ihre Profil Neurose ausleben können: OSCE, wo heute Profi Kriminelle, Drogen Barone des Betruges den Vorsitz haben wie "Edi Rama" aus Albanien, mit einer peinlichen facebook Bildung! Helfer, Kinder Organisationen, welche nur Sex Partner suchen, bei der NGO Mafia rund um Flüchtlinge, oft Kriminelle sind heute als System bekannt. OSZE/OSCE steht für Organisation für Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit in Europa, englisch Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe. Der Film spielt in Priština, auch wenn er nicht dort gedreht wurde. Ein Film über institutionalisierte Korruption. Gestaunt habe ich dann, als der Abspann nicht enden wollte, wie unglaublich viele Leute da mitgemacht haben. Und sogar Bayerischer Rundfunk und SWR. Die Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien. Filmförderfond. Und so weiter und so fort. Ein geförderter Film. Als dann kurz darauf der Kroatien-Krieg kam, dachte ich noch, verdammt, der hatte Recht, hättest Du dem besser zugehört. Aber um nochmal ehrlich zu sein: Es hatte mich auch dann nicht sehr interessiert, weil ich zu der Zeit dann auch mit anderen Sachen beschäftigt war. Und es mich eben einfach auch nicht sonderlich interessiert hat. Der alte Mann hatte mir damals erzählt, dass es sehr wichtig sei, jedem, der mit einer Waffe auf einen zielt, überzeugend klarzumachen, dass man einer wie er sei. Das ist die Hintergrundsituation des Films. Eigentlich aber geht es darum, wie die OSZE (OSCE) – stellvertretend für NGOs im Allgemeinen – dort so naiv-eitel-korrupt-verlogen-gutmenschig aufkreuzt, von Konflikt und Kultur keine Ahnung hat, und meint, dort alles im Handstreich zum Guten wenden zu können. Im Prinzip haben sie für jede der genannten negativen Eigenschaften einen Mitarbeiter. Die Hauptrolle geht an die Naive.
